The stirring paddle is equipped with bottom scraping, and a wall scraping is added on the revolution disk, which promotes more slurry to rotate in the whole container, so that the convection speed of slurry is faster than that of traditional non wall scraping and bottom scraping, and each particle group is hit more times, which shortens the homogenization time.

The machine is composed of power system (mixing kneading motor, dispersing motor), executive system, lifting system, vacuum system and control system. The executive system is driven by the power driven gear box to drive the mixing kneading mechanism and the scraping plate. The lifting system is driven by hydraulic cylinder, the vacuum system is driven by vacuum pump, and the control system is controlled by human machine interface system (HMI). Because of the wall scraping and bottom scraping, more slurry is driven to rotate in the whole container, the convection velocity of slurry is faster than that of traditional wall scraping and bottom scraping, and each particle group is hit more times, which shortens the homogenization time.
